Synopsis

Since October 2023, Gaza has been largely sealed from the outside world, with global media barred from reporting directly from the ground. The only outsiders consistently getting in are international medical teams. The film is built around the firsthand accounts and visceral footage from inside overwhelmed, damaged hospitals, covering two years of the conflict. It focuses on three medics who lay bare the daily reality of working in Gaza.
